We start by walking the house and understanding how you actually use it. If you are working with an architect or an interior designer, we build from their drawings and specifications — and we would rather be in the room early, while decisions are still cheap to change.
Our job is execution: accurate pricing tied to real selections, help with your permit, one superintendent on site, and clear tracking on every change. The plan you approve is the plan we build, for the number we quoted.
